Delivery area and methods

We deliver within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. When ordering you choose a courier and a collection method:

• to an address;
• to a courier office;
• to a parcel locker (where the chosen courier offers one).

The couriers available in the store may include Econt, Speedy, Sameday, BOX NOW and Bulgarian Posts — depending on the store’s current settings at the time of the order.

Shipping price

The site has no single fixed price for all deliveries. Shipping is charged at the current tariff of the chosen courier for the chosen method and location; its final value often cannot be calculated in advance with full accuracy until the parcel details are confirmed. Before dispatch we confirm the planned date and the final cash-on-delivery amount (products + shipping).

Payment

Payment is exclusively cash on delivery — you pay when you receive the parcel. We do not require prepayment and do not accept online card payments through the site. We do not store card payment data.

How an order proceeds

• You place the order through the site and receive a unique number.
• We get in touch where needed to clarify details, availability or the dispatch date.
• We confirm the final cash-on-delivery amount and prepare the parcel.
• We ship with the chosen courier; tracking follows that courier’s rules.

Timeframes

After an order is confirmed we usually prepare the parcel within a few working days, and delivery depends on the timeframes of the chosen courier. A specific dispatch date is communicated at confirmation. We do not promise a guaranteed delivery date on a particular day unless we have expressly confirmed it in writing.

Failed delivery or refusal on receipt

If the parcel cannot be delivered for a reason beyond our control (wrong address, inability to make contact, refusal to accept the parcel or to pay the cash-on-delivery amount), the order may be cancelled. Any costs of returning the parcel to us are settled according to the courier’s rules and may be borne by the customer where the refusal is not due to an error on our side or to non-conformity of the goods.

Returns and withdrawal from the contract

The 14-day right of withdrawal, the withdrawal form, the return conditions and who pays for the return shipping are described in the Terms & conditions. On a valid no-reason withdrawal we refund the amount paid for the goods and the cost of standard delivery to you(if it was paid); the cost of returning the goods to us is usually borne by the customer — see the details in the Terms & conditions.
