Store rules
Terms & conditions
This translation is provided for convenience. The Bulgarian version of this page is the legally binding one, and Bulgarian consumer protection law applies to the contract.
These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern the use of the website and purchases from the online store Джобни зверчета. By placing an order the customer confirms that they have read and accept them. The Terms are available on this page and can be saved or printed.
1. Definitions
- Merchant / the Store — [Фирма / ЕООД], company number [ЕИК], registered seat and address of management [Адрес по регистрация], VAT no. [ДДС № — ако е приложимо], operating the “Джобни зверчета” store.
- Customer / Consumer — a natural person ordering goods for purposes outside their trade or professional activity (a consumer within the meaning of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act), unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
- Site — the store’s website, on which these Terms are published.
- Goods — a figurine, a gift set or another product offered for sale in the Store.
Contact: hello@djobnizvercheta.bg, tel. +359 88 000 0000.
2. Subject
The Store offers small animal figurines and gift sets for sale — gift toys intended mainly for children. The details of each product (description, price, age range, availability) are stated on its product page.
3. Language and availability of the contract
The contract and all communication are conducted in Bulgarian. These Terms are permanently available at /usloviya and can be saved or printed by the customer before and after placing an order.
4. Placing an order and concluding the contract
An order is placed through the following steps:
- selecting goods and adding them to the cart;
- reviewing the cart and proceeding to checkout;
- filling in contact and delivery details, choosing a courier and a collection method;
- submitting the order using the confirmation button on the site.
Before submitting, the customer can review and correct the details entered and the contents of the cart. After a successful submission the customer receives a unique order number.
The purchase contract is considered concluded once the Store confirms the order (including availability, delivery details and the final cash-on-delivery amount). The Store may contact the customer for clarification before dispatch.
5. Prices
Product prices are final prices as shown in the store (in euro; during any applicable dual-display period, also in leva according to the conversion rules), including all applicable taxes, unless expressly stated otherwise. The shipping price is not always fixed on the site — it is added according to the tariff of the chosen courier and confirmed before dispatch. The final amount payable on delivery covers the products and the shipping.
6. Payment and delivery
Payment is exclusively cash on delivery — on receipt of the parcel. Details about couriers, collection methods and timeframes are on the Delivery & payment page.
7. Availability and cancellation
The Store may refuse or cancel an order where goods are out of stock, in case of obvious pricing errors, if the customer cannot be reached on the details provided, if the delivery terms are not confirmed, or where abuse is suspected. If an order is cancelled before dispatch, the customer owes nothing for the products. Substitution with a different product is only made with the customer’s explicit consent.
8. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
If the customer is a consumer within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act, they have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods (or of the last item of an order where the shipment is split), without owing compensation or a penalty, other than the costs which the law allows to be borne by them.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer notifies the Store clearly before the deadline expires — for example by email to hello@djobnizvercheta.bg or using the template below — stating the order number and their contact details. The goods are then returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the notification.
The goods should be returned in a condition that allows resale — not used beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, with the original packaging preserved as far as possible. The customer is liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what was necessary for inspection.
9. Effects of withdrawal
On a valid withdrawal the Store refunds all amounts received from the consumer in connection with the order, including the cost of standard delivery to the consumer (if it was paid), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day it was informed of the withdrawal. The Store may withhold the refund until it receives the goods or until proof of dispatch is provided — as permitted by applicable law.
The refund is made using the same means of payment used by the consumer, unless otherwise agreed and provided this causes the consumer no cost. With cash on delivery, the refund is arranged by bank transfer or another agreed method once the customer provides payment details.
The cost of returning the goods on a no-reason withdrawal is borne by the customer, unless the Store has expressly accepted otherwise. If the goods are defective, incorrect or non-conforming, the return costs are borne by the Store. If the consumer chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard method offered by the merchant, the Store is not obliged to refund the additional cost above standard delivery.
10. Model withdrawal form
You may use the following template (it is not mandatory, but it is convenient). Fill it in and send it to hello@djobnizvercheta.bg or to the merchant’s address:
To: [Фирма / ЕООД], company number [ЕИК], [Адрес по регистрация], email: hello@djobnizvercheta.bg
I hereby give notice that I withdraw from the contract for the purchase of the following goods:
Description of the goods / order number: …………………………
Ordered on: ………………………… / Received on: …………………………
Name of the consumer: …………………………
Address of the consumer: …………………………
Signature of the consumer (only if this form is submitted on paper): …………………………
Date: …………………………
11. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases set out in Art. 57 of the Consumer Protection Act where the statutory conditions are met — for example goods made to order or clearly personalised; goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly; sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection; and the other exceptions exhaustively listed in the law. The standard figurines in the Store do not normally fall within these exceptions, unless a specific product is expressly marked as personalised or otherwise subject to an exception.
12. Non-conformity and statutory guarantee
The consumer has rights in the event of non-conformity of the goods with the contract under the Consumer Protection Act. For consumer goods the merchant’s liability for non-conformity runs for two years from delivery of the goods, unless the law provides otherwise. If you find a defect or receive the wrong item, contact us at hello@djobnizvercheta.bg with a description and photos where possible. We offer repair, replacement, a price reduction or rescission of the contract — according to the statutory options and the particular case.
13. Age and safety
The products are suitable mainly for ages 3–8. Always follow the safety instructions on the packaging or the product. Orders are placed by adults. Parents or guardians are responsible for choosing a suitable toy and for supervising its use by children.
14. Intellectual property
The content of the site (texts, images, graphics, logos, design and so on), unless stated otherwise, is the property of the Store or of its partners. Copying, distributing or using it for commercial purposes without prior written consent is prohibited.
15. Liability and force majeure
The Store exercises due care when processing orders. We are not liable for delays or damages caused by the courier, by force majeure (including natural disasters, strikes, communication outages, acts of the authorities) or by inaccurate details supplied by the customer — to the extent this does not conflict with the consumer’s mandatory rights. Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to consumers by mandatory law.
16. Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy policy.
17. Complaints, the CPC and online dispute resolution
If a problem arises, please first contact us at hello@djobnizvercheta.bg or on tel. +359 88 000 0000 so we can look for an amicable solution.
Consumers may file a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (CPC) — www.kzp.bg. You may also turn to an alternative consumer dispute resolution body listed in the CPC register. The competent Bulgarian court also has jurisdiction.
18. Applicable law
The law of the Republic of Bulgaria applies, without prejudice to the mandatory rules protecting consumers.
19. Changes
The Store may update these terms and conditions. Orders already placed are governed by the terms published at the time the order was submitted, unless the law requires otherwise. The current version is always on this page.
